In the tiny village of La Ñora less than 5kms. from the centre of Calasparra in N.W. Murcia, the old Finca "Casa La Ñora” has been
expertly renovated and tastefully converted into two very comfortable self contained apartments. British owners live on-site and are available at all
times. Midweek cleans are included for weekly rentals. Hand and bath towels are changed every two days, linen weekly, and a personal laundry service is
available for a small extra charge. A steam iron and ironing board are provided in each apartment. Languages spoken include Spanish and German.
The ground floor apartment comprises two bedrooms with king size and twin single bed configurations, wardrobes, dressing tables, bedside cabinets, wall
mounted panel radiators, clock radio and ceiling fans, and also has a comfortable lounge sofa bed for those larger gatherings. It is accessed directly
from the village street with off-street parking or if you prefer you may park your vehicle inside our own secure compound.
The upper apartment is accessed via our own secure area utilising a remote control unit and comprises as the above but without sofa bed.

Each apartment has a very useful American style open plan kitchen equipped with cooker hob, microwave with grill, fridge-freezer, toaster, tea and
coffee making facilities, cookware, crockery and cutlery. 24/7 hot water.
Each apartment has a lounge complete with 3 and 2 seat sofas, coffee tables and dining table/chairs which may be used inside or out on the terraces.
Digital Spanish TV, some Sky TV and radio channels, VHS & DVD players and 24/7 Wi-Fi. All rooms are fitted with ceiling fans for those warm summer
nights.
Each apartment includes a small private rear terrace with secondary sink unit and gas cooker for additional outside catering. Use of our own pool
and BBQ areas are permitted during summer months.
All accommodations are non smoking although you may of course use the front and rear adjacent terraces for this purpose. Sorry, in respect for our other
clients and due to the risk of allergies we are not able to accept pets in the apartments.
Calasparra is a modern friendly town in the fast expanding N.W. of the Region of Murcia. With up to one thousand new Calasparra homes recently constructed
across four new urbanisations, many British people have come to enjoy the tranquillity away from the hustle and bustle of coastal areas, especially during
fiestas and high season. Many other British people have purchased more spacious ‘campo’ (Country) properties where horse or multiple dog ownership is more
suited. With a constant stream of people visiting friends and family or looking to purchase existing homes, apartments and fincas our La Ñora accommodations
are well situated as a base while you peruse the area. For coastal dwellers or visitors from other countries they present a wonderful and economic
opportunity to experience the tranquillity, economy and total friendliness of in-land Spain. Murcia airport is approx. 75kms. away and Alicante airport
a tad more, however, both are now easy drives on first class roads. Our location is also ideally placed to reach Andalucia or many of the Mar Menor or
La Manga coastal areas for that special day out. Calasparra is also only 90kms. from central Murcia El Corte Inglis and 80kms. from the huge new Thader
